We believe in conducting "Open Houses" and sending out bulk mail to ensure that your home is exposed to as many potential buyers and their agents as possible. We produce top quality color flyers of your home and ensure that they are hand delivered to all other real estate companies and agents in the area. Our goal is to ensure maximum exposure. The amount of people that see your home, in a short amount of time, can make the difference between a quick sale at a higher price or a long wait.
In our years of experience, we have been able to build trusting relationships with other companies that are also involved in a transaction. This has enabled us to secure discounts and special attention for our clients from them (to include title, escrow, inspectors, construction, etc.). In addition, we are well thought of by other Agents.

We then meet with inspectors, appraisers, etc. and personally follow the transaction through every step and keep you informed. Our job is not complete until AFTER the home is closed.
